Chinese supermarket Wing Yip chose to add some additional shipping options to its e-commerce website, the chosen courier being UPS.
Currently the shipping details pages were automatically sent to Wing Yip when the customer reached the order confirmation page. This process needed to be modified so that the file was not sent if the customer had selected UPS shipping. We created a new text box where Wing Yip can set the number of parcels in the shipment. Once a number is selected, there’s a button that will save the value to a database and send the shipping details to Wing Yip. The order information will then be picked up by the UPS Worldship software, which will automatically print the new shipping label.
